Before there was 111SKIN, there was this formula. Dr Yannis Alexandrides originally developed it for patients at his 111 Harley Street clinic in London after realising that post-procedure skin didn’t need more aggressive treatment. It needed the opposite: support, protection and the right conditions to recover. When he couldn’t find a product that did exactly what he wanted, he created one himself.

At the heart of the formula is NAC Y²™, the complex that would go on to become 111SKIN’s signature technology. Combining NAC, Vitamin C and Escin, it helps support the skin’s natural repair and defence mechanisms, including glutathione, one of the body’s most important antioxidants. Patients loved the original formula so much they began asking to take it home. And, more or less, 111SKIN was born.
