Cancellation of an order by the customer

The customer may cancel his order by sending a cancellation notice to the website at kisuboutique@gmail.com or by calling a representative of the website or the operating company, as defined in the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law, 1981 (hereinafter: the "Consumer Protection Law").

Cancellation of the order is possible starting from the day the order was placed and up to 14 days from the day the order was received by the customer, or in the case of self-collection up to 14 days from the day of receiving the notification from the website or from the operating company that the order has been packed and is waiting for the customer to be collected by himself as detailed in these regulations. This period of time is defined as the cancellation period (hereinafter: the "cancellation period").

If and after the order has been packaged and sent to the customer's address, the customer will request to cancel his order, and as long as within the cancellation period, cancellation of the order will entail that the customer returns to the company operating at his expense the products in the order in usable condition, i.e. in their original packaging, complete and/or unused and/or without damage and/or damage and/or defect and/or spoilage of any kind and type (hereinafter: "usable condition"). The original purchase invoice sent to the customer along with the order must be attached to the return.

Only after receiving back the ordered products will the site entitle the customer to a refund calculated according to the amount the customer paid for the returned products, minus the shipping fees collected from the customer, minus the price of products that were not returned for any reason or that were returned in an unusable condition, and minus a cancellation fee at a rate not exceeding 5% of the order amount or up to NIS 100, whichever is the lower (hereinafter: "cancellation fee"). Crediting the customer with a refund will be done by crediting the payment method in which the customer paid for the order he canceled.

In the event of cancellation of an order of products due to a defect in the products provided in the order or due to a discrepancy between the products provided and their description on the website, the payment method by which the customer paid for the aforementioned products in that order will be credited. The credit of the payment method will be in the full amount (100% refund) of the full price charged to the customer for those products.

Alternatively, the customer may choose to order identical or different products in place of the products whose order was cancelled. In this case, the site or the operating company will send the replacement products to the customer (self-collection is also possible in this case). For the purpose of monitoring and improving customer service, the customer will return to the operating company the products whose order was canceled in order to check the defect or fault that caused the discrepancy.

A product provided to the customer without charge, such as: a bonus product, a gift product, etc., and which is returned by the customer to the operating company, the customer will not be given a refund for this return.

 

 

Cancellation of an order by the operating company

The operating company may, at its sole discretion, for any reason, and at any time cancel a customer's order, in whole or in part, before the order has been sent to the customer or before it has been received by him.

Notice of the cancellation of the order will be given to the customer by sending a message to the customer's e-mail address that he provided when placing the order or by phone by the website representative. The website and/or the operating company will not charge the customer for making this canceled order, and if the customer has already been charged for this order, the payment method with which the customer paid for this order will be credited for the full amount charged (100% refund).

Notification of the cancellation of the order will not be given to the customer if the reason for the cancellation of the order is related to receiving a refusal to pay from the credit company that issued the credit cards the customer used to make the payment or a similar refusal received from the Google Pay company.

If the cancellation of the order in question was due to products for which the supply stock has run out, the site and/or the operating company will be entitled to offer the customer replacement products of equivalent value.

A customer, who has not been charged for a canceled order or has already been refunded for a charge that was made, will not be entitled to assert any claim and/or make any demand and/or claim any claim from the website and/or the operating company for the cancellation of the order in question.

For the cancellation of any order, the website and/or the operating company will not be responsible and will not bear any direct, indirect, consequential or special damage caused to the customer or another third party, including but not limited to damage due to the purchase of an identical product at a higher price from a third party.
