I prefer to “try before I buy”. What do you suggest?

Not sure which product is right for you? Every item in our boutique is available to test, so you can experience it firsthand before committing. On top of that, we offer a curated selection of sample sachets, allowing you to explore different textures, formulas, and scents—making it easy to discover your perfect match.

What treatments are right for my skin?

At KISU, we know that every skin has individual needs and sensitivities. Therefore, we always recommend first-time visitors to begin with our “A La Carte Facial” which allows us to determine your skin goals and then treat them accordingly; providing your skin with everything it needs on that specific day.

Once we get to know your skin, together, you and your skincare therapist can review your long-term skin objectives and set a more detailed treatment plan for the future.

What's the difference between a skin type vs a skin condition?

Think of your skin type as your natural skin mode. It’s the skin you were born with. Skin types can range from combination to dry to oily.

A skin condition is how your skin is reacting to the surrounding world. Internal and external factors such as UV exposure, weather changes, stress, and lifestyle, all can affect your skin conditions. The most common skin conditions are dehydration and sensitivity. Skin conditions can affect all skin types including acnetic skin.

I’m overwhelmed and don’t know what the next step in my skin journey should be. What should I do?

You’re not alone! With hundreds of thousands of products on the market and endless, often conflicting information, the world of beauty can feel overwhelming - even for the most educated beauty junkies.

We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site. We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information, and the page(s) you visited. We will not sell your personally identifiable information to anyone.

Your payment and personal information are always safe. We do not store your credit card information. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.

My Orders

How do I get updates regarding new releases, sales, and special promotions?

Join our newsletter to get regular updates about the latest and the greatest. Momentary events such as Flash Sales, Free Shipping, or other short promotions are shared via our social media platforms. So keep your eyes peeled regarding everything KISU.

I need some help placing my order.

The KISU team is ready to help! We are available by telephone, on WhatsApp, and on social media - reach out to us via your preferred contact method and we will get back to you during our regular business hours.

The product I want is out of stock. What should I do?

Sorry to hear that. Below are a few considered options for you to choose from:

BACK IN STOCK

Want to know when the product will be back in stock? It's easy!

If a product is temporarily unavailable, a ‘Notify Me’ option will appear on the product page. Simply leave your email details and we’ll let you know the moment it’s back on the KISU shelves (often sooner than you think).

PRE-ORDER

If a pre-order option is available, you’re welcome to place your order in advance. Please note that choosing a pre-order will delay shipment of the entire order, which will be dispatched only once all items are physically available with our team.

When can I expect my order to arrive?

Pick Up: If your order is placed within regular business hours, it should be ready to be picked up within four hours from the time the order is processed. If you have a specific pickup time in mind, please call our team and we will make sure it happens.

Delivery: We are fully committed to making sure that you receive your beauty must-haves as soon as possible. Therefore, your package should be delivered to your doorstep within a maximum of five business days.

Please note the following:

- Orders received after 11:00 a.m. will only be shipped the following business day.
- Orders made after 11:00 a.m. on Thursday will only be processed for shipping the following Sunday.
- Shipping times may be affected by Public Holidays, extreme weather, war, and other unforeseeable conditions. Unfortunately in these situations, we cannot guarantee the maximum delivery times mentioned above.

How will I know when my order is going to arrive?

The shipping courier will contact you directly to arrange delivery time. Please let them know if you have any additional instructions or requests.

Payment and Returns

Payment

Our website offers a variety of secure payment options. We honor Visa, MasterCard and Isracard credit cards. The tickets will be charged in shekels only and the payment details are not kept by us. In addition, you can easily pay using Google Pay or Apple Pay.

Returns

All packages must be returned to The Flagship at 32 Weizmann Street in Tel Aviv. Unfortunately, we do not offer a delivery option for returns and take no responsibility for costs resulting from the need to return. All original shipment costs paid for delivery are nonrefundable.

Help

Something went wrong with my order/ I need to cancel my order.

No problem, we will do everything in our power to help fix the issue at hand. Any order adjustments that are needed will be tended to as long as the order has not yet left The Flagship. Please note that we do not take responsibility or refund shipping costs once the order has been shipped.

Something is wrong with my account. What should I do?

Silly as it may seem, sometimes logging out, shutting down the website, and logging back in may provide you with an easy solution. If the problem persists, please reach out to us at 03-5321541 during our normal business hours and one of our team members will help resolve the issue at hand. If you need help over a weekend, or while the business is closed please email us at kisuboutique@gmail.com or leave us a message via WhatsApp or on our socials and we will respond as soon as we can.

I need help with something else. How should I proceed?

Our team members are always ready and available to help you with everything from questions regarding shipping and returns, guidance on how to use our website, product selection, beauty routine advice, and recommendations on our selection of facial treatments.
