What facial treatments are recommended for my skin type?

At Kiso, we know that every skin has individual needs and different sensitivities. Therefore, we always recommend to customers who visit for the first time to start with the "A La Carte Facial".

This treatment allows us to get to know you, your skin, together we will figure out what the different goals are and what results you would like to achieve, and after coordinating expectations we will start treating your skin and provide it with everything it needs.

After we get to know your skin in depth, together, you and your therapist can set long-term goals and build a targeted and customized treatment plan especially for you.

What is the difference between skin type and skin condition?

Think of your skin type as the natural state. This is the skin you were born with and how it should be when your body and meeting are in full harmony. Skin types can range from mixed, dry to oily.

Skin condition is how your skin reacts to the world and can be affected by external and internal factors such as UV exposure, weather change, stress and an unhealthy lifestyle. The most common skin conditions are dry or sensitive skin. Skin conditions can affect any skin type, including acne-prone skin.

BACK IN STOCK

Want to know when the product will be back in stock? It's easy!

If the product is not available right now, the "notify me" option will appear next to the product in your shopping cart at the checkout stage. Be sure to leave your email details and we will make sure to let you know as soon as the product lands back on the boutique shelves.

PRE-ORDER

If you see the pre-order option on the product page, you can place the order as usual. Keep in mind that this can delay delivery times. The complete order will be sent to you only after all the products are physically available on the boutique shelves.

When should I expect to receive my order?

self collection If your order is placed during our business hours, it should be ready for self collection within two hours of the order being processed. If you have a preference for a specific time for self-pickup, contact our team and we will make it happen.

Home delivery We make an effort to receive your must-have products as soon as possible, therefore, your package is expected to be delivered to your door within five business days at the most.

Please note the following:

- Orders placed after 11:00 a.m. on Thursday will only be shipped the following Sunday.
- Orders placed after 11:00 a.m. on Thursday will only be shipped the following Sunday.
- Shipping times may be affected by public holidays, extreme weather, war and other unforeseen conditions. Unfortunately in these situations, we cannot guarantee the maximum delivery times mentioned above.

How will I know when my order is going to arrive?

A courier from the courier company will contact you to coordinate a delivery time. Please let them know if you have any additional instructions or requests.

Our website offers a variety of secure payment options. We honor Visa, MasterCard, Isracard and American Express credit cards. The tickets will be charged in shekels only and the payment details are not kept by us. In addition, you can easily pay using PayPal or Apple Pay.

Rehearsals

We operate according to the standard return policy of the State of Israel for cosmetic products. Returns can be made within 14 days of purchase. Provided that the product is not opened and is in its original packaging with no signs of damage.

All packages must be returned to our flagship boutique at 32 Weizman Street, Tel Aviv. Unfortunately, we do not offer a shipping option for returns and do not take responsibility for costs arising from the return process. All original shipping costs paid for shipping are non-refundable.
