Welcome to KISU (hereinafter: “the Website”), operated by Erika Jungreis Ltd., Company No. 514651645 (hereinafter: “the Operating Company”), located at 32 Weizmann Street, Tel Aviv.
The Website serves as an online store presenting and offering for sale various products in the fields of skincare and makeup.
Access to the Website and any action and/or use thereof, including browsing and/or viewing and/or reviewing the Website pages and/or purchasing products through the Website and/or any other use of the Website, constitutes the customer’s agreement to the terms of these regulations (hereinafter: “the Regulations”) and to any additional terms appearing or that may appear on the Website at the time of use.
If the customer does not agree to any of the terms of the Regulations and/or additional terms on the Website, they are requested to refrain from using the Website and, in particular, from purchasing any product(s) through the Website.
Any use of the Website indicates the customer’s consent to the Website Regulations, the Privacy and Confidentiality Policy, and the guidelines and rules of the Website and/or the Operating Company, whether or not the customer has read them.
For convenience only, these Regulations are written in the masculine form, but they refer to all genders equally. Any reference in the masculine form applies equally to the feminine form and vice versa, and any reference in the singular applies equally to the plural and vice versa.
The Operating Company may amend these Regulations at any time at its sole discretion. In the event of any discrepancy between the updated Regulations published on the Website and previous versions or other publications, the updated Regulations on the Website shall prevail, subject to any changes required by law.
Guidelines and Rules
Any individual, including a corporation, may use the Website and make purchases through it, provided they accept the terms of these Regulations and meet all of the following cumulative conditions:

Commercial use of the Website is prohibited, including wholesale purchases for resale or any use other than personal use.
The customer may not post advertisements, commercial information, or any other information on the Website.
The customer may not perform any illegal or unauthorized use of the Website or its content, including copying, distribution, duplication, display, or use for any other purpose.
The customer may not perform any action that could harm the proper operation of the Website, other users, or their rights.
The customer may not access the Website from, or link it to, a website containing illegal or immoral content.
The Operating Company may prevent any person or entity from using part or all of the Website services, temporarily or permanently, without prior notice and without providing reasons, at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following cases:

A customer whose access has been blocked may not re-register under a different username.
Customer Registration
Prior to purchasing any product, the customer must open a user account. Through the account, the user may perform actions including purchasing products, scheduling treatments at the boutique, and updating preferences.
To complete a purchase, the user must provide personal details including:

The Operating Company emphasizes that registration and account creation constitute consent to these Regulations.
By registering and actively confirming registration, the customer consents to receiving daily emails from the Website intended to promote product purchases. The customer also agrees to receive marketing emails where the word “Advertisement” may appear in the body of the email rather than the subject line. The customer may opt out at any time by emailing kisuboutique@gmail.com or via the unsubscribe link in the emails.
The customer is solely responsible for providing accurate information and updating it as needed. Incorrect details may prevent fulfillment of orders.
The customer must keep their password confidential and is advised to change it periodically.
Customer data is stored only in the Website’s database and will not be transferred to third parties without explicit consent, except to suppliers or delivery companies for order fulfillment.
Credit card details are not stored and are not accessible to Website employees. Sensitive data is encrypted, and passwords are encrypted using one-way encryption.
Knowingly providing false information constitutes a criminal offense. The Operating Company may take legal action for damages resulting from such actions.
Purchases on the Website
The Website offers skincare and makeup products from international brands, including face and body care, cosmetics, hair styling products, fragrances, and related items (“the Products”). Registration is required to purchase products.
Customers may add products to their shopping cart, review, add, or remove items, and proceed to checkout. Additional delivery details may be required at checkout.
Services
For service bookings, a deposit of ₪150 is required and will be deducted from the treatment cost.
To retain the deposit, cancellations must be made at least three business days in advance (“Cancellation Period”). Within this period, the deposit may be transferred to a future treatment, kept for future purchases, or refunded to the original payment method.
If no future treatment is booked, the deposit remains valid for one year from payment. After that, it expires.
Failure to cancel within the Cancellation Period results in forfeiture of the deposit.
Payment Terms
Payment is accepted via credit card, Google Pay, or Apple Pay only.
Credit card payments are processed via HYP, compliant with PCI-DSS standards and secured with SSL encryption.
Payments may be split into up to 3 interest-free installments for orders over ₪800 (including VAT).
Order confirmation emails are issued automatically and do not constitute final acceptance until payment approval and stock availability are verified.
Product Availability & Order Issues
Customers will be notified if:

Payment is declined
If payment is declined, the customer must resolve payment within 7 days, otherwise the order will be canceled without further notice.
Responsibility & Product Liability
All use of the Website and purchased products is the sole responsibility of the customer.
Product descriptions are provided by suppliers and are for illustrative purposes only. Variations may occur.
The Operating Company is responsible only for delivery of ordered products. Liability for damages is limited to replacement or refund, not exceeding the product price paid.
General Liability
The Website is provided “as is.”
The Operating Company does not guarantee uninterrupted service and is not responsible for internet or system failures.
External links are provided without responsibility for content or accuracy.
Intellectual Property
All Website content, including text, images, videos, graphics, trademarks, and design, is the exclusive property of the Website and/or Operating Company.
Copying, distribution, or use without permission is prohibited.
Indemnification
Any customer violating these Regulations or engaging in illegal activity shall indemnify the Website and Operating Company for any damages, including legal fees.
Jurisdiction
These Regulations are governed by Israeli law.
Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the courts of the Central District of Israel.
