THE HOW TO

Remove makeup and residue while keeping in mind that oil-based makeup removers and cleansers can leave behind a film which may create a barrier between your lashes and the lash conditioner. In order to receive maximum results make sure to clean thoroughly. 

Apply a thin line of the serum in a swiping motion to the top-side of your lashes. Allow lashes to dry before proceeding with skin care and makeup routines.
